The seeds for Curate were probably sown when dreamy eyed but uninitiated students were inducted as a part of the PGP31 and 32 batch in IIM Lucknow. These were still early days for the new batch wherein students were juggling between getting their applications in shape for prospective recruiters and applying for college committees at the same time. It was in the midst of this hustle that both Ankur Agnihotri and Kirti Jhunjhunwala happened to make it to Team Disha, the student body responsible for undertaking placement preparation and associated activities for the entire batch at IIM Lucknow. It was with at Disha that they realized the kind of impact that can be made and drive that can be sparked among an entire batch of hopefuls to aspire and work towards their dream careers.

After graduating from IIM Lucknow both, Ankur and Kirti, joined forces with fellow ex-Disha members Meenakshi and Nehaarikaa to co-found Curate with the intent of enabling individuals take a step closer towards that dream career of theirs. Bootstrapped and playing the balance with their respective full time commitments, the four embarked on laying the blueprint to support aspirants with their academic and professional careers.

Having worked with 300+ individuals directly and many more indirectly, the team at Curate understands the criticality of one-on-one mentorship in shepherding an aspirant towards their goals. More importantly, having witnessed countless recruitment processes it is the edge that Curate lends to candidates by letting them in on what exactly do recruiters expect and what do they want to hear.
